Our experience with RPM was outstanding from the time we placed the call for the estimate until the work was completed. Communication was timely and prompt. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The prices were reflective of the work that was done. We could not be more pleased with our decision to choose RPM for our remodeling project.

It's not very often you can find a General Contractor that always meets or exceeds expectations with respect to Quality, Timeline, & Cost, however RPM is one of those rare outfits that does just that in all 3 categories. I have worked with RPM for over 10 years now on projects large (2-Story Indoor Pool & Game Room Building), medium (Bathroom Remodel, New Azek Deck, Exterior House Painting) and small (Garage Shelving, Kitchen Faucet Install, Dock Maintenance) to name a few. They are my first and only call for all my Home Improvement & Maintenance (and occasional Emergency) needs at my home on Deep Creek Lake. Their experienced team of employees is led by Department Heads and Local Owners that are as reliable & experienced as they come. They stand by their work and always ensure its completed to their client's satisfaction. My only challenge is that I don't have any firms like RPM near my primary residence in Eastern Pennsylvania....

We have been using RPM at our lake house for close to 10 years, and I highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They are honest, reliable, do excellent work, and are always available should an emergency occur. They have done quite a variety of services for us- including painting and flooring, house checks, lawn services and fall clean up, dock services, plumbing services, meeting with DNR regarding bears, arranging our public water hook-up, and just about any other situation you can imagine that crops up. It’s wonderful to be able to get things attended to without us having to be there. The girls in the office do a terrific job and are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about my experiences with RPM!!!
