Reliable Property Maintenance and Construction has been placing and removing docks on Deep Creek Lake for over 15 years.

Over these years we have seen an increasing amount of damage done to docks, boats and personal watercraft from storms, high winds, changing lake levels, heavy lake usage, wake boats, etc. This damage can be minor in nature at first, but left uncorrected, can turn into thousands of dollars in repairs and precious lake time lost – don’t let this happen to you!

With our dock preventative maintenance program, or Dock PM, as we call it, we will preform bi-monthly checks of your dock, boat and personal water craft to include:

• Pull and reset all dock poles to help prevent pole binding and dock hang-up
• Adjust dock for lake level changes when needed
• Inspect boat cover for proper attachment and ponding water
• Inspect all mooring lines for proper connection and wear
• Inspect dock for damaged, loose or missing hardware, padding, cleats, floats etc.
• Immediately secure any items that present a hazard to person or property to prevent further damage
• Immediate notification of any major issues with pictures and repair estimates
• Signed, dated inspection report for your dock from every visit
