Bruce and Carm founded RPM in 1991. Appreciating their love for the lake, they have raised 3 accomplished children and the trend follows as their grandchildren are leaving their footprints in the shoreline of Deep Creek Lake as well. Navigating the hardships of a locally owned business, Bruce and Carm have created a “One-Stop-Shop” service that focuses on bringing people together, making connections, and supporting others. Bruce and Carm enjoy traveling, supporting and attending sporting events and car shows, and spending time with their growing family!

Davey is one of RPM’s construction project managers. Growing up on Deep Creek Lake, Davey is passionate about the quality work that RPM symbolizes in the area. Although he has many talents, Davey specializes in all things Roof- repairs, replacements, & inspections. Davey also works as a firefighter and enjoys spending time on the lake!

Anthony has been a project manager for RPM for over 15 years. He has a true passion for the work he does. Working in all areas of construction, Anthony does the research, bidding, and managing of your project to ensure it embodies RPM’s standard of quality. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family and pets and is often coaching and/ or refereeing local sporting events!

Jeff has been an employee of RPM Construction for over 30 years! Jeff has unmatched knowledge and experience when it comes to Painting. His attention to detail is unlike any other; taking the extra time to ensure that quality workmanship is evident throughout the project is Jeff’s specialty. When he isn’t working, you can find him working in his yard and spending time with his family.

Chuck has been with RPM for nearly 10 years. Chuck brings his multitalented ideas- from cabinet selection to cabinet design to seamless installation, Chuck is a jack of all trades. In addition to his involvement in cabinetry, he also offers over 30 years of construction knowledge and experience. When Chuck isn’t working, he helps on his family’s farm, enjoys hunting with his friends, and spending time with his family.

Jimmy has been with RPM for over 20 years. Being our Maintenance Supervisor, you may see Jimmy out and about mowing grass, completing our dock services, plowing snow or working on small excavation projects. Taking the time to get to know his customers and their individual property needs, he makes a special effort to make your property maintenance something that you and RPM can be proud of. Jimmy enjoys spending time with his grandkids, tinkering in his woodshop and “that stuff there” in his spare time.

Dawn has been with RPM for over 18 years. With knowledge and experience like no other, she knows and understands the business inside and out. Her managerial experiences have helped her to become a resource for the employees which nurture employee relationships within the company. When Dawn isn’t working, she helps her husband on their farm, spends time with her family, hunts and rocks out at concerts!

Jocelyn has been with RPM for over a year. Starting out as a receptionist, Jocelyn’s education and enthusiasm exceeded our expectations and thus have helped her progress into a higher-level position within the company. In addition to being the office coordinator, she also manages our advertising, marketing and social media material. Jocelyn enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family and playing outside with her dogs!
